Ken Technology LLC ("Ken," "Ken AI," "we," "us," or "our") does not send, authorize, or tolerate unsolicited bulk email. No web site, domain, or brand operated by Ken AI may be advertised using unsolicited messages. This prohibition applies to us, to anyone acting on our behalf, and to any third party, whether or not they have a commercial relationship with us.

This policy covers every domain Ken AI operates, including our sending domains, our click-tracking and redirect domains, and this web site.

1. No unsolicited bulk email

Ken AI does not send unsolicited bulk email. We do not purchase, rent, harvest, scrape, or otherwise acquire consumer email lists, and we do not send to addresses obtained that way.

2. No affiliates and no third-party promotion

Ken AI operates no affiliate, referral, reseller, or partner-promotion program for its own domains. No third party is authorized to send email that references, links to, mentions, or advertises any Ken AI domain. Any such message is unauthorized and sent without our knowledge or consent. Report it to [email protected].

3. Business-to-business contact only

Ken AI's own outbound correspondence is directed at business contacts at business email addresses on a legitimate-interest basis. Every message:

  • identifies Ken AI by name;
  • states a valid postal address for the company;
  • accurately describes its subject and sender, with no forged or misleading headers or routing information;
  • provides a working, single-step opt-out that is honored without charge or condition.

We do not send to consumer or personal addresses, and we do not send to role addresses used for abuse handling or postmaster functions.

4. Suppression is global and permanent

Opt-out requests, abuse complaints, spam-trap notices, and hard bounces are recorded on a suppression list applied across every domain, mailbox, and sending platform Ken AI operates. A recipient who opts out on one Ken AI domain is suppressed on all of them. Suppression is permanent and is never expired, reset, or overridden by a later list import.

5. Link and tracking domains

Ken AI operates domains whose sole purpose is click tracking and link redirection within our own correspondence. Those domains:

  • are used only for links inside email that Ken AI or a Ken AI client is authorized to send;
  • are not offered, sold, rented, or made available to third parties;
  • are not operated as public or general-purpose URL-shortening services and accept no third-party submissions;
  • do not host, redirect to, or cloak content for malware, phishing, fraud, adult content, or any other abusive destination.

Any URL on a Ken AI tracking domain that appears in a message we did not authorize was not created by us. Report it to [email protected] and we will disable the link.

6. Client obligations

Clients of the Ken AI platform are contractually bound by the Acceptable Use terms in our Terms of Service. Clients must send only to recipients they have a lawful basis to contact, must not import purchased or scraped lists, and must honor opt-outs. Accounts found sending unsolicited bulk email are suspended, and repeated or wilful abuse results in termination. We reserve the right to suspend a client account immediately and without notice where abuse is ongoing.

7. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse involving any Ken AI domain to [email protected]. Include full message headers where possible. Reports are acknowledged and actioned within one business day. We do not require a complainant to have a business relationship with Ken AI, and we do not charge for handling a report.

8. Enforcement and changes

We investigate every report, disable offending links and mailboxes, add affected recipients to global suppression, and cooperate with blocklist operators, mailbox providers, and registrars investigating abuse on our domains. Material changes to this policy are published on this page with an updated effective date.
