- Yes for the MCP URL and Ken AI plugin (OAuth or API key). No for the free cold-email skills repo - those only write local markdown files.
- Any client that supports remote streamable HTTP MCP: Claude Code, Claude.ai, Codex, ChatGPT, Cursor, Windsurf, Grok, and others. The plugin packaging is optimized for Claude Code and Codex.
- Any capable agent works. As of July 2026, we recommend Claude Opus and Grok 4.5 for the best multi-step campaign experience. The MCP is the control surface; the model is the operator.
- Yes. API, MCP, and Webhooks are available on Free, Starter, Growth, and done-for-you. Plan limits still apply to leads, emails sent, and seats.
- No extra MCP tools fee. People search, LinkedIn profile data, and website scraping ship as included platform capabilities through the MCP - not a separate vendor credit you buy twice. Standard Ken plan limits for leads and sending still apply when you import and launch.
- Your agent can configure campaigns and call lifecycle tools (start workflows, launch sending) when your role and plan allow it. Nothing should go live without an intentional launch - and draft-first plugin flows hard-stop for approval before writing to the platform.
- Free skills plan and write only, as local files, with no account. The MCP and plugin search Ken's database, scrape research, push campaigns into Ken, and operate the workspace.
- In the Ken app: Settings → Integrations → API Keys. Create a key, then use OAuth in your MCP client or paste the key as a Bearer token if the client cannot complete OAuth.
- Yes. Access is scoped to your workspaces and role (admin/member get write tools; view-only gets reads). Staff operator tools and other tenants are not exposed on the client-facing MCP.
