Is the free plan really free, and what can I do with it?

Free forever, no credit card. Ken builds one full campaign on up to 1,000 of your real leads and hands you the whole platform - qualification, segmentation, and personalization all included - so you see it work before paying.

Two things stay behind the paywall: sending (it runs on our owned infrastructure) and email finding. So on free you can pull up to 1,000 leads from our database without their emails, or upload your own list and we'll verify it for you up to 1,000 contacts.

You build the entire campaign. You just can't source emails or hit send until you upgrade.

Question 2

What counts as a contact, and how is that different from credits?

A contact is one lead that is both qualified and has a valid email - the finished output, not an attempt. Example: Say you load 10,000 profiles into a campaign. We qualify them down to the ~3,000 that fit, find emails for those, and verify them - maybe 1,000 come back valid. You're charged for those final 1,000, and nothing else. Every other platform charges per credit, so all 10,000 imports, every enrichment, and every lookup burns money/credits, and you end up paying for roughly ten times what you can actually use. We absorb that cost and bill you only for the leads worth emailing. What you pay for is what you can send to.

What if I import my own contact list - is it any cheaper?

No, importing your own list doesn't reduce the price, because the leads themselves are the cheap part. Whether a contact comes from our database or a CSV you upload, the work we do is exactly the same. We still find the emails, verify them, run AI personalization and qualification, and put every contact through the same data scraping and enrichment we run on our own leads. None of that gets skipped just because you brought the names.

What if I want to send more than 4 emails per contact?

We don't recommend it. Replies don't meaningfully improve after the third email, and a fifth or sixth touch mostly just annoys people. If you want more volume either way, you can buy more leads which includes 4 email sends each, and you can use those email sends on fewer leads.

Do my contacts roll over?

Accepted Answer

No. Contacts don't roll over - your allowance refreshes at the start of each billing period, so it's there to be used, not banked. If you need more before the next refresh, top up anytime at your plan's per-1,000 rate.

On an annual plan, do I get my contacts upfront?

Accepted Answer

No. Annual billing saves you 33% on the price (quarterly saves 20%), but your contacts still release each billing period, not all twelve months at once. You're locking in a lower rate, not a year of sending to spend on day one.

How do LinkedIn seats work?

Accepted Answer

Every paid plan includes LinkedIn seats you can connect for multichannel outreach: Starter includes 1, Growth and Done-for-you include 3. You also get one extra included seat for every additional 5,000 contacts you purchase. Need more? Extra seats are $49/mo each - a recurring monthly add-on on your subscription. There are no per-action LinkedIn credits. The free plan can preview LinkedIn steps, but connecting a seat needs a paid plan. Each connected LinkedIn account can send up to 20 connection requests and 50 messages per day - these are LinkedIn's safety limits, not ours; we enforce them to keep your account safe.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. You pay your subscription, and that's it - domains, inboxes, warmup, data, personalization, and included LinkedIn seats are all in the plan. Extra LinkedIn seats are $49/mo only if you buy more than your included allotment. Compare that to Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, or any AI SDR: the number on their pricing page is just the start. On top of it you're buying domains, inboxes, verified lists, AI credits, and often a separate LinkedIn tool at $79/seat, which often pushes the real cost to nearly 5-10x the sticker price. With Ken, what you see is what you pay. The one thing worth knowing: on Starter, your domains need about two weeks to finish warming up before you can send, and you're paying during that window.

Can I switch plans or cancel, and what happens to my campaigns?

Yes, all from this page. Upgrades apply right away; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current period, so you're never cut off mid-campaign. You keep everything you've built - campaigns, leads, and copy stay in your account. And for two weeks after you cancel, we keep your inboxes and domains live and forward every reply straight to you, so you can finish your active campaigns and move your leads over.

Whose domains do I send from, and who owns them?

You send from dedicated domains we own and manage, kept completely separate from your main company domain so your reputation is never at risk. They come with random names, fully configured by our delivery specialists, and they redirect to your website while your subscription is active. You don't connect or configure anything - we run deliverability off our latest data, because it's the part we're best in the world at. If something needs changing, support handles it. You can set your inbox name, and on done-for-you plan you can choose your domain names too. If you're an email engineer who wants to tune every setting yourself, we're honestly not your tool (or come work for us). Because we own the domains, they don't transfer if you leave - but we keep them live for two weeks after you cancel so you can migrate your leads.

What results should I realistically expect?

Our own agency benchmarks - around 7 meetings per 10,000 contacts, a 3% reply rate versus the 1% industry norm, with roughly 30% of those replies positive. They're what's possible, not a promise: your offer and your copy move the number more than anything we do, so we don't guarantee results. Our job is to help you write great emails, source qualified leads, and land in the inbox. Anything beyond that - it's your job (or you hire us to do it for you).
