What is the difference between Core and VIP?

Core is done-for-you multichannel outbound with basic support and coaching. VIP is the same software stack with founder onboarding, unlimited campaigns and revisions, Slack or WhatsApp, and weekly iteration.

Core is $597/mo or $1,497/quarter. VIP is $4,597/mo or $13,497/quarter.

What counts as a lead, and how is that different from credits?

A lead is one contact that is both qualified and has a valid email - the finished output, not an attempt. Example: Say you load 10,000 profiles into a campaign. We qualify them down to the ~3,000 that fit, find emails for those, and verify them - maybe 1,000 come back valid. Those 1,000 count against the period allotment. What you pay for is what you can send to.

How do extra leads, emails/day, and seats price?

Add-ons are volume-priced on extra quantity only. Core already includes 5,000 leads, 1,000 emails/day, and 5 LinkedIn seats. Extra emails/day are more daily send volume; Ken sizes mailboxes to that volume. The bands below apply to extras. Core quarterly is $1,497 (16% off vs $597 x 3). VIP quarterly is $13,497. How do sending inboxes work?

The software limit is daily send: 1,000 emails/day included, extras in 500-email/day blocks. Ken provisions and manages the mailboxes that volume needs. Mailbox count depends on type. Google and Outlook typically send 25 emails/day; Azure typically 5/day. You are buying send volume, not a fixed inbox-slot pack.

Do my leads roll over?

No. Leads don't roll over - your allowance refreshes at the start of each billing period. If you need more before the next refresh, add extra thousands on this page.

Question 6

How do LinkedIn seats work?

Accepted Answer

Core and VIP include 5 LinkedIn seats. Extra seats are volume-priced from $30 down to $15 per extra seat per month. Each connected LinkedIn account can send up to 20 connection requests and 50 messages per day - these are LinkedIn's safety limits, not ours; we enforce them to keep your account safe.

Are there any hidden fees?

No Ken add-on fees beyond the plan and the extras on this page. Two things sit outside that price. Ken provisions and manages sending inboxes for your daily volume. Domain names you buy in-app are billed at the registrar price plus 5% (Stripe). The first two weeks are onboarding and inbox warmup. We do not send anything during that window.

Can I switch plans or cancel, and what happens to my campaigns?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrades apply right away; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current period, so you're never cut off mid-campaign. You keep everything you've built - campaigns, leads, and copy stay in your account. And for two weeks after you cancel, we keep your inboxes and domains live and forward every reply straight to you, so you can finish your active campaigns and move your leads over.

Whose domains do I send from, and who owns them?

You send from dedicated sending domains, not your main company domain. You own those domains unless they are registered in the Ken app. In-app registrations stay on our registrar account for the life of the workspace, billed at registrar + 5%. Domains you bring, or register yourself, stay yours if you leave. In-app registrations do not transfer; we keep them live for two weeks after cancel so you can migrate.

What results should I realistically expect?

Our own agency benchmarks - around 7 meetings per 10,000 contacts, a 3% reply rate versus the 1% industry norm, with roughly 30% of those replies positive. They're what's possible, not a promise: your offer and your copy move the number more than anything we do, so we don't guarantee results. Our job is to help you write great emails, source qualified leads, and land in the inbox.
