The calculator picks the cheapest published tier that covers your lead volume, applies annual effective monthly rates when selected, and uses monthly list price for quarterly (Explore/Scale are quarterly contracts with no published quarterly discount). Domains and mailboxes included on the tier are subtracted before any infrastructure shortfall is priced at market defaults - AiSDR does not publish extra-mailbox rates. Managed add-ons (+$149/campaign Explore, +$2,500/mo Scale fully managed) are omitted from the total so the comparison stays on software + included capacity; add them mentally if you would buy managed service.
