Return what the workspace spent per category in a period
/v1/credits/spendcredit-spend.getNet millicredits per spend category (infrastructure, ai, data, sending, calling, always all five), each with its USD amount in cents at $0.02 a credit, plus the total and the number of grant, expiry and adjustment lines (addedExpiredLineCount). A refund or overrun write-off counts against its charge's category; not-charged (shadow) lines count as lines but add no spend. period is billing_month (default: the current billing month, or since signup on the Free plan, reported as since_signup), last_30_days or all_time. Scoped like the ledger: a master or standalone workspace includes its white-label children, a child sees its own lines. Read only. Needs the billing feature.
