Pagination
List endpoints return one page at a time and hand you a cursor for the next page.

What it does
limitItems per page. Defaults to 50. Most lists accept up to 200 and answer
400 above that. Search lists return at most 100 per page.cursorThe previous page's
pagination.nextCursor. Leave it out for the first page.Get the next page
Pass the previous page's nextCursor as cursor, with the same filters:

hasMoreisfalse. - Cursors are opaque strings. Pass them back as they came, without building or editing them.
