Newest first. Only pauses Ken enforced: bounce, complaint, Gmail spam-rate, placement, blocklist, DNS and reply-ingest send blocks, and campaign pauses after hard send failures. Lists pauses that started at or after since (default 7 days ago, at most 30 days back) plus any older pause still active. A renewal of a block still in force is the same pause. isActive is true while the target is still blocked or paused. Rates are fractions from 0 to 1. Read-only. Requires view access to the campaigns page, like deliverability.

data is a list of AutoPauseModel. Each item has these fields. The response also carries pagination.

inbox, domain, campaign or workspace. A domain pause blocks its inboxes, not campaigns. A workspace pause (reason workspace_breaker) blocks every inbox of the workspace until Kenso support releases it.

Snake_case reason code: mailbox_hard_bounce_rate, campaign_hard_bounce_rate, domain_complaint_rate, domain_gmail_spam_rate, domain_placement_spam, reply_ingest_dead, uri_blocklist_listed, domain_dns_unresolvable, tenant_ban, mailbox_sender_ndr_rate, workspace_breaker or send_failures. New codes may be added.

bounce_rate, complaint_rate, gmail_spam_rate, sender_ndr_rate (own-tenant sender-block NDRs over sends) or dns; other only for a reason added later. Omitted when no rate drives the reason (tenant_ban, reply_ingest_dead, uri_blocklist_listed, domain_placement_spam, workspace_breaker, send_failures).
