Campaign languages
The Campaign languages endpoints of the Kenso API.
Read a campaign's languages
/v1/campaigns/{campaignId}/languagescampaign-languages.getNeeds the multilingual_outreach feature on your workspace. Until it is on, calls answer 404.
The five language settings as the campaign carries them (sourceLanguage, languageModesource_only or auto, enabledLanguages, formalityOverrides, languageFallbacksource or hold; change them with PATCH /v1/campaigns/{campaignId}). available: every market pack the campaign can enable, by locale, with its name in its own language and statussupported or tested. mix: the campaign's contacts that can still be contacted (live, not do-not-contact) per outreach language, most contacts first; lowConfidence of a locale's contacts are under the routing confidence floor and get the source language. unresolved: contacts with no outreach language yet.
