Is it really free?
Yes, with limits. Opening the list and adding it to a campaign costs nothing on any Ken plan. On a paid plan, the verified emails and phone numbers Ken already has for these people cost no credits either. New work costs credits as usual: 1 credit ($0.02) for each valid email Ken finds, plus AI qualification, personalization and other workflow steps. On the Free plan you can add the people within its contact limit, but the emails Ken already has for them need a paid plan.
Does it include individual CPAs?
It focuses on firm owners and partners. Staff accountants and CPAs who don't run a firm are not on it. UK sole practitioners are left out, because UK email marketing law treats them as individuals.
Can I download the CPA list as a CSV?
No. You use library lists inside Ken: add the list to a campaign or a workflow, narrow it by country, seniority, title or company size, and Ken sends from there. Library contacts can't be downloaded as a CSV, exported in bulk through the API or pushed to a CRM in bulk.
