Integrations

Ken + Findymail Integration

Add your Findymail API key in Ken and every email Ken finds with it costs 0 Ken credits, because Findymail bills your own account; lookups Ken covers when your key fails cost 1 credit ($0.02) per valid email.

What the Integration Does

In short Your own Findymail key finds work emails for your Ken leads at 0 Ken credits.

Ken finds work emails for the leads in your campaigns. When you save your own Findymail key, Ken sends those lookups to Findymail on your key, so the emails it finds cost 0 Ken credits and Findymail bills your Findymail account instead.

Finds on your key stay free even when your workspace is out of Ken credits. If your key fails, runs out of Findymail credits or hits a rate limit, Ken covers the lookup at its normal rate unless you turn Ken fallback off.

What Syncs

In short One-way: Ken calls Findymail with your key.

How to Connect Findymail

In short Connect Findymail in 4 steps.

  1. Get your Findymail API key

In Findymail, open the API tokens page (app.findymail.com/user/api-tokens) and copy your token.

  2. Open provider keys in Ken

In Ken, go to Settings, then Integrations. Under Email finders, open Findymail and choose Add key. Only workspace admins can manage provider keys.

  3. Save the key

Paste the key and save. Ken checks the key with Findymail before storing it and confirms the account has credits.

  4. Choose the fallback

Leave Ken fallback for email finders on so campaigns keep finding emails if your key fails, or turn it off to use only your own keys.

Use Cases

In short 3 ways teams use Ken with Findymail.

  • Use Findymail credits you already pay for instead of Ken credits for email finding.
  • Keep finding emails when the workspace runs out of Ken credits.
  • Run each agency client workspace on that client's own key.

Limits

In short Findymail bills each lookup on your key under its own pricing.

  • Findymail bills each lookup on your key under its own pricing.
  • Turn Ken fallback off and Ken makes no lookups of its own when your key fails, so those leads stay without an email.
  • Ken sends at most 60 lookups a minute, 5 at a time, to your Findymail key per workspace, a conservative cap because Ken cannot see your Findymail plan.
  • Keys belong to one workspace. Each client workspace needs its own key.
  • Only workspace admins can add, re-check or remove a key.
