Ken + Microsoft 365 Integration

Connect your Microsoft 365 Outlook inboxes to Ken with Microsoft sign-in, and Ken sends your campaign emails from them and pulls replies into Ken every 60 seconds. Connecting your own inboxes is free on every plan.

What the Integration Does

In short Send campaigns from your Microsoft 365 Outlook inboxes and read replies in Ken.

Ken connects to each Microsoft 365 inbox with Microsoft sign-in, not an Outlook password. It asks for two permissions, Mail.Send and Mail.Read, so it can send your campaign emails from the inbox and bring the replies into Ken.

Ken checks every connected inbox for new mail every 60 seconds, so replies show up in Ken's inbox, where you or the reply agent answer them.

No inboxes yet? Ken can provide Outlook inboxes for 200 credits ($4) a month each on Platform. Outlook Calendar sync comes with Calendar (Coming); today this connection covers email.
