HighLevel Pros
- Every plan includes unlimited contacts and unlimited users; Starter is $97 a month for 3 sub-accounts.
- Core features on every plan cover CRM and pipelines, a website and funnel builder, email and SMS marketing, calling, social media management, booking calendars, forms and workflow automation.
- Unlimited, at $297 a month, adds unlimited sub-accounts and lets agencies rebill phone and email to clients at cost; Agency Pro adds SaaS Mode and rebilling with markup.
- Gmail and Outlook 2-way sync keeps one-to-one email with existing contacts in Conversations, and email sent from HighLevel shows in the synced mailbox.
- Documents and Contracts sends proposals and estimates with legally binding e-signatures and one-time or recurring payments.
HighLevel Cons
- No free plan; a 14-day trial, and billing starts automatically when it ends unless you cancel.
- Email, SMS, calling and AI are billed by usage on top of the plan, for example LC Email at $0.675 per 1,000 emails, charged on incoming as well as outgoing mail.
- Workflow emails go out through the sub-account email provider, not a rep's synced Gmail or Outlook inbox.
- No LinkedIn messaging: HighLevel says LinkedIn restricts messaging access to select partners.
