Zoho CRM Review (2026): Pricing, Features, Pros and Cons

Ken's view: Zoho CRM packs a lot into a low per-seat price: forecasting and cadences on Standard, CPQ on Professional and a free edition for 3 users. It is a weak fit for teams that want prospect data and LinkedIn outreach built in.

Our Verdict

Should You Use Zoho CRM?

Ken's view: Zoho CRM packs a lot into a low per-seat price: forecasting and cadences on Standard, CPQ on Professional and a free edition for 3 users. Outbound teams still need their own contact data and LinkedIn tooling, since Zoho enriches existing records and links to Sales Navigator rather than providing either.

Pick Zoho CRM if

  • It fits small and mid-size sales teams buying per seat on a budget.

Pick another tool if

  • It is a weak fit for teams that want prospect data and LinkedIn outreach built in.
