How We Ranked These Tools

In short We judged each tool on 5 criteria, using only facts from its own public pages.

  • Approval control: Who approves each message before it sends, and whether AI replies can run without review.
  • Cost per lead: What contacting one lead costs at your volume, with mailboxes, domains and data counted.
  • Channels: Email, LinkedIn and phone steps in one sequence.
  • Contact data: Whether a contact database is built in and how emails are found.
  • Contract terms: A public self-serve price, monthly billing and the minimum commitment.

Ken is first because it is our product. The rest are ordered by how well each meets our ranking criteria. We do not use ratings from review sites, and we have not tested these tools hands-on.

1. Ken

In short Best for an AI SDR with a public monthly price.

Ken is our top pick for teams that want an AI SDR with a public monthly price, email and LinkedIn in one campaign and a built-in database. Platform ($200 a month, or $160 billed annually) includes 200,000 sends and 5,000 credits a month, leads come from 250M people and 24M companies, and Ken drafts replies in your voice for you to review. Ken has no dialer, so phone-first teams should look at Amplemarket or 11x.

Price: the Free plan starts with 1,000 credits once and no card. Platform is $200 a month, or $160 a month billed annually. Campaigns: Included on every plan; about 1.45 credits ($0.03) per finished lead.

  • Strengths

One campaign can mix email and LinkedIn steps. AI qualification costs 50 credits ($1) per 1,000 rows. AI personalization costs 300 credits ($6) per 1,000 rows. Platform includes 200,000 sends a month. Every email gets a spam and quality check before it sends.

  • Limits

On Free, every send costs credits: 25 credits per 1,000. LinkedIn steps need a connected LinkedIn account at 1,500 credits ($30) a month. Phone calls: no (no dialer or calling agent).

2. AiSDR

In short Best for testing an AI SDR with no subscription.

AiSDR has the lightest commitment here: it charges per person contacted with no subscription or sales call, and runs email and LinkedIn in one sequence with InMail and post likes. CRM sync covers HubSpot and Salesforce only, and Salesforce needs a team plan.

Starting price: $1.50 per person contacted, checked Oct 17, 2026. No free plan or trial listed.

  • Strengths

No subscription needed: pay as you go at $1.50 per person contacted, charged daily, with research, lists and AI writing included. Email and LinkedIn run in one sequence, with LinkedIn connection requests, DMs, InMail and post likes. Lead search over 2B+ profiles from LinkedIn and other sources, with waterfall enrichment across 20 data providers and job-change, hiring and funding signals. AI replies answer leads within 5-10 minutes and send a booking link once the lead shows interest, from a unified inbox for email and LinkedIn. Call steps can join the same sequence through the Aircall integration, with AI call scripts and follow-ups.

  • Limits

CRM sync covers HubSpot and Salesforce only; the help center says there is no Zapier integration or external API. LinkedIn InMail steps need your own Sales Navigator account. Campaign replies land in the AiSDR dashboard and inbox, not in your regular Gmail or Outlook inbox. Salesforce, a DPA and a dedicated GTM engineer need a team plan, sold through sales on quarterly or annual contracts.

3. Artisan

In short Best for an email-first AI BDR you can trial.

Artisan publishes self-serve prices, offers a 30-day credit trial with no card, and can hold every message Ava writes until you approve it. It ranks below AiSDR because its help center documents no LinkedIn step.

Starting price: $280 a month, checked Oct 17, 2026. Free plan: 300 credits a month; trial: 10,000 credits for 30 days, no card.

  • Strengths

Published self-serve prices: Intern starts at $280 a month for 10,000 credits (about 500 leads contacted), or $250 a month billed annually. Trial of 10,000 credits for 30 days with every feature and no card, then a Free plan with 300 credits a month for lead search and enrichment. Lead search across 250M+ verified B2B contacts in 200+ countries, plus imports from HubSpot, Salesforce or CSV. Approval is a campaign setting: Require approval before sending holds every message, and Autopilot replies can qualify a lead on up to 5 conditions before booking a meeting. Built-in power dialer with parallel dialing, voicemail drop and AI talking points, run as call steps in the same sequence as email.

  • Limits

No documented LinkedIn step: the site mentions social outreach, but the help center lists 3 sequence step types, email, manual task and human call. Ava does not place calls; call steps queue leads for your reps on the power dialer at $75 a seat a month ($67 billed annually). Mailboxes and phone numbers are billed separately in dollars, and their prices are not published. On the self-serve table, Salesforce sync, SSO and audit logs need Enterprise, and cross-sell campaigns and webhooks need Employee.

4. Amplemarket

In short Best for reps who want AI drafts plus a dialer.

Amplemarket mixes email, 7 LinkedIn step types and a parallel dialer in one sequence, with contact and phone credits included. Duo Inbox, an add-on on Growth and included on Elite, drafts every reply for a rep to send, and plans are annual only, which keeps it below Artisan on terms.

Starting price: $600 a month, billed annually, checked Oct 17, 2026. 7-day trial on Startup, requested with a company email; Growth and Elite start with a demo.

  • Strengths

One sequence can mix email, phone calls and 7 LinkedIn step types, including follows, post likes and voice and video messages, with conditional branches by available contact data. Built-in B2B database of 200M+ business profiles with 70M+ updates a week; Startup includes 13,500 email credits and 600 phone credits per user a year. The outbound dialer is on every plan, and parallel dialing runs up to 5 lines at once as a step inside sequences. Duo Copilot scans for buying signals every 24 hours and drafts a multichannel sequence per lead for the rep to send or dismiss. Native two-way Salesforce and HubSpot sync with activity logging, plus email warmup and domain health monitoring for connected mailboxes.

  • Limits

No monthly billing: Startup is $600 a month on an annual term, and Growth and Elite are custom-quoted. Startup includes 2 users; extra users cost more at a price the page does not publish. Duo Voice starts on Growth, Duo Inbox is an add-on on Growth and included on Elite, and SSO needs Elite. Duo Inbox drafts every reply for a rep to send; the product page says nothing is sent automatically.

5. Reply.io

In short Best for an AI SDR from your sequencer's vendor.

Reply.io sells Jason AI SDR next to its sequencer, which runs email, LinkedIn, calls and SMS in one sequence and syncs with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Copper and Close. AI SDR plans are flat-priced by active contacts, and live data is metered in credit packs.

Starting price: $59 per seat a month, checked Oct 17, 2026. 14-day free trial.

  • Strengths

Multichannel puts email, LinkedIn, calls, SMS and semi-automated WhatsApp steps in one sequence for $99 per user a month ($89 on annual billing). Email Volume allows unlimited mailboxes, with warmup on each, and unlimited emails to active contacts. From 10,000 active contacts a month, Email Volume covers unlimited users at one price, $179 a month ($159 on annual billing). Native CRM sync with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Copper and Close covers contacts, accounts, calls, tasks and activities. Jason AI SDR finds prospects, writes messages and handles replies, from $500 a month on annual billing.

  • Limits

Below 10,000 active contacts a month, Email Volume is priced per user, from $59 a user a month. On Email Volume, LinkedIn costs $69 a month per account and calls and SMS cost $29 a month per user. Multichannel includes 5 mailboxes on monthly billing (10 on annual), and each extra mailbox is $29 a month. Live data is metered: plans include 50 credits a month, and more starts at $39 a month for 200 credits.

6. 11x

In short Best for one agent across email, LinkedIn, calls and SMS.

11x's Alice runs email, LinkedIn, calls, SMS and WhatsApp from one sequence, with managed mailboxes, warmup and its contact database in one per-prospect price. It sells annual contracts only, after a demo, one of the heaviest commitments here.

Starting price: $3,750 a month, billed annually, checked Oct 17, 2026. No free plan or trial listed.

  • Strengths

Priced per new prospect, not per send: Growth covers 2,000 new prospects a month whether a sequence runs 3 or 30 touchpoints. Managed Gmail mailboxes with domain setup, warmup, inbox rotation and monitoring are included on every tier. One sequence can mix email, LinkedIn, consented calling, SMS and WhatsApp; Pro and up write in 105+ languages. Built-in database of 400M+ verified B2B contacts, checked at the point of outreach, with no separate data contract. Native bi-directional CRM sync with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho.

  • Limits

No monthly billing: annual is the default, and Growth starts at $3,750 a month billed annually. No published self-serve trial; the entry point is a demo where sales scopes volume and tier. Growth caps at 5 end users and 2,000 new prospects a month; multi-language outreach starts on Pro, which is custom-priced. SSO and a custom DPA or SLA need Enterprise.

7. Relevance AI

In short Best for building your own sales agents.

Relevance AI is a platform for building agents, with an approval-required mode per tool, LinkedIn messaging, and AI phone calls from its Team plan. Its ready-made BDR agent is sold through sales only, so it suits teams that want to build rather than buy.

Starting price: $29 a month, checked Oct 17, 2026. No free plan or trial listed.

  • Strengths

Pro costs $19 a month billed annually ($29 monthly) and includes 2,500 Actions, $20 of Vendor Credits a month and unlimited agents and workforces. Each tool connection can run automatically, require approval, or let the agent decide, with a max auto runs cap as a guardrail. Phone Agents make outbound AI calls from Relevance-provided or Twilio numbers, with voicemail detection, recording and call summaries, on Team and up. The LinkedIn integration sends invitations, starts chats and sends messages, and LinkedIn replies can trigger an agent. 2,000+ app integrations, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Gmail and Outlook; Vendor Credits pass model costs through with no markup.

  • Limits

The AI BDR agent is sold through sales only, and the docs label the BDR Bosh template enterprise only. The Free plan is retired, so every organization needs a paid plan; calling and meeting agents start on Team at $234 a month billed annually. Plan Actions reset at each renewal and failed tool runs still count; extra Actions cost $80 per 1,000. Lead search runs through a LinkedIn profile search tool step, whose docs explain its high credit cost, or through third-party data integrations.

How Do You Choose the Right Tool?

In short Ask each vendor on your shortlist these questions before you buy.

  • Who approves each message before it sends, and can you change that per step?
  • What does one contacted lead cost at your volume, with mailboxes, domains and data counted?
  • Can email, LinkedIn and phone run in one sequence?
  • Where does the contact data come from, and what does a valid email cost?
  • Is there a public price with monthly billing, or only an annual contract after a demo?
  • Which CRM does it sync with, and where do replies land?

FAQ

In short 6 questions buyers ask about AI SDR tools, answered from each vendor's public pages.

What does an AI SDR do?

An AI SDR finds leads, writes the outreach, sends it over email and often LinkedIn, and answers or routes the replies. The tools here differ most in how much they do without you: some can reply on autopilot, others wait for a person.

Can you approve AI SDR messages before they send?

Yes. Artisan can hold every message until you approve it, AiSDR has you approve the campaign before launch, Relevance AI has an approval-required mode per tool, and Amplemarket's Duo Inbox drafts replies for a rep to send. 11x lets you review every message, route it to an approver or run on autopilot.

Which AI SDRs can make phone calls?

11x supports consented AI calling and a power dialer, Relevance AI's phone agents make outbound AI calls on its Team plan, and Amplemarket has a parallel dialer for reps. Reply.io includes calls on Multichannel, Artisan queues call steps for your reps on a paid dialer, and AiSDR adds calls through Aircall.

Do AI SDRs include contact data?

11x, Artisan, Amplemarket and AiSDR include contact search in the price or the credits. Relevance AI searches LinkedIn profiles through a credit-billed tool step, and Reply.io meters live data in credit packs.

Which AI SDR tools have a free plan?

Ken and Artisan have a free plan or free credits. The rest offer a trial or no free option. The table shows the limits of each one.

How did you rank these tools?

We judged each tool on the 5 criteria under How We Ranked These Tools, using only facts from its public pages on the date shown. Ken is first because it is our product. The rest are ordered by how well each meets our ranking criteria.

The new Ken opens to the waiting list in batches.
