How We Ranked These Tools

In short We judged each tool on 5 criteria, using only facts from its own public pages.

  • Team cost: What round robin costs a 10-person team at list price, and whether every host needs a paid seat.
  • Routing: Whether a booking reaches the right owner from the CRM, the account or form answers.
  • Brand control: Removing the vendor's branding and hosting booking pages on your own domain.
  • CRM fit: Whether bookings create or update records in HubSpot or Salesforce natively.
  • Inbound fit: Routing forms and website embeds for demo requests.

Tools are ordered by how well each meets our ranking criteria. Ken is our product, and Ken Scheduler (Coming) is not ranked here until it is live. We do not use ratings from review sites, and we have not tested these tools hands-on.

1. Calendly

In short Best for free booking links and HubSpot owner routing.

Calendly's free plan has no booking cap, embeds work on every plan, and Teams adds round robin and routing forms with HubSpot owner lookup. Salesforce owner routing is Enterprise only, and links stay on calendly.com.

Starting price: $12 per seat a month, checked Oct 17, 2026. Free plan: 1 event type, 1 calendar connection.

  • Strengths

The Free plan has no booking cap: unlimited one-on-one meetings on 1 event type and 1 calendar connection. Inline, pop-up text and pop-up widget embeds work on every plan, Free included. Collects payment at booking through Stripe or PayPal from the Standard plan ($10 per seat a month billed yearly). Routing forms on Teams can route by HubSpot contact or company owner, and can run from existing HubSpot, Marketo or Pardot forms. Round robin offers two modes: maximize availability, or equal distribution that keeps any host from getting 3 meetings ahead.

  • Limits

Round robin and routing forms start at Teams, $16 per seat a month billed yearly or $20 monthly, and every host needs a paid seat. Routing by Salesforce owner is Enterprise only, which starts at $15,000 a year with 50 seats. Booking links stay on calendly.com; there is no custom domain for booking pages. The Free plan shows Calendly branding and allows only 1 event type.

2. Cal.com

In short Best for two-way CRM sync on a free plan.

Cal.com syncs both ways with Salesforce and HubSpot on every plan, takes Stripe and PayPal payments on Free, and its Teams plan adds round robin, routing forms and owner lookup. Pages run on cal.com, with a company subdomain only on Organizations.

Starting price: $16 per seat a month, checked Oct 17, 2026. Free plan: 1 user, unlimited event types.

  • Strengths

The Free plan includes unlimited event types and calendars, Stripe and PayPal payments, and two-way Salesforce and HubSpot sync for 1 user. Teams costs $12 per seat a month billed yearly and includes round robin, collective events and routing forms. Round robin supports priorities, optional weights, round-robin groups and fixed hosts who join every meeting. Salesforce routing books the lead, contact or account owner, matches accounts by email domain with optional fuzzy matching, and logs a routing trace per booking. Cal.diy, the open source community edition, can be self-hosted.

  • Limits

Booking pages stay on a cal.com subdomain (yourcompany.cal.com), and only on Organizations. The Free plan covers 1 user and keeps Cal.com branding. Attribute-based routing, SSO and SCIM need Organizations, $28 per seat a month billed yearly or $37 monthly. Teams covers 1 team; sub-teams need Organizations.

3. OnceHub

In short Best for routing forms to the CRM owner.

OnceHub's Route plan sends each visitor to the right rep or the Salesforce or HubSpot contact owner from a routing form, and guests can also book by phone. The free plan has no embed, and SSO is a paid add-on below Enterprise.

Starting price: $12 per seat a month, checked Oct 17, 2026. Free plan: 1 user, 1 calendar, 1 booking link.

  • Strengths

Routing forms route by visitor answers and CRM contact properties on Route, $19 per seat a month billed yearly. Routing forms can book the Salesforce or HubSpot contact owner, falling back to the booking calendar's distribution rules. Native Salesforce and HubSpot sync and Stripe payments start on Schedule, $10 per seat a month billed yearly. Guests can book by phone: paid plans include 1 to 3 dedicated booking phone numbers. Personalized links prefill or skip the booking form from URL fields or a contact ID, on every plan including Basic.

  • Limits

Round robin and routing forms need Route at $19 per seat a month billed yearly; Schedule covers pre-assigned multi-host meetings only. The free Basic plan has no website embed and keeps the Powered by OnceHub banner. SSO, SCIM and HIPAA BAA are a separate add-on at $5 per seat a month billed yearly, included only on Enterprise. If Salesforce and HubSpot are both connected, owner routing checks only Salesforce.

4. Chili Piper

In short Best for inbound demo routing at volume.

Chili Piper qualifies, routes and books leads from any web form, routes any Salesforce object with lead-to-account matching, and falls back to round robin when a record has no owner. It sells annual contracts only, with no free plan or trial.

Starting price: $1,250 a month, billed annually, checked Oct 17, 2026. No free plan or trial listed.

  • Strengths

Concierge qualifies, routes and schedules leads from any web form, and email campaign routers work from HubSpot, Pardot and Marketo. Routes any Salesforce object, standard or custom, with fuzzy lead-to-account matching, weighting and capping rules. Ownership scheduling links book the prospect's CRM owner and fall back to a round robin team when the record has no owner. Routing & Scheduling and Experiences include SSO/SAML and removal of Chili Piper branding, and reminder emails can come from your own domain. Live handoff between SDRs and AEs, and instant phone or video connect from forms.

  • Limits

Annual contracts only: Routing & Scheduling starts at $15,000 a year for 15 seats. ChiliCal on its own costs $12 per user a month with a 200-seat minimum and includes no routing. The pricing page lists no free plan or trial, only Book a demo buttons. One-click booking links pass the prospect's email or CRM ID in the URL's id= parameter.

5. SavvyCal

In short Best for polished links on your own domain.

SavvyCal offers round robin and collective modes on its entry plan, lets recipients overlay their own calendar, and hosts pages on your domain on Premium. It has no free scheduling links, routing forms or Salesforce integration.

Starting price: $12 per seat a month, checked Oct 17, 2026. Free meeting polls only; scheduling links need a paid plan.

  • Strengths

Round robin, collective and group modes are on the Basic plan, $10 per user a month billed yearly. Round robin can optimize for evenness or for availability, with a priority level per host. Recipients can overlay their own calendar on your link when picking a time. Unlimited meeting polls are free, with no ads. HubSpot sync creates the contact if it is new and logs a meeting activity on each booking.

  • Limits

Scheduling links need a paid plan; there is no free tier for them. Branding removal, custom domains and paid bookings need Premium, $17 per user a month billed yearly. No routing forms or CRM owner routing. The integrations directory lists HubSpot and Close as CRMs, with no Salesforce integration.

6. YouCanBookMe

In short Best for small teams that want HubSpot sync.

YouCanBookMe embeds on every plan, syncs bookings to HubSpot from Professional and adds equal-distribution round robin on Team. It has no CRM owner routing, and every Stripe payment carries its own commission.

Starting price: $9 a month, checked Oct 17, 2026. Free plan: 1 calendar, 1 booking page.

  • Strengths

Embeds inline, as a link or as a pop-up button on every plan, Free included. Native HubSpot sync from Professional ($11.70 a month billed yearly) creates or updates the contact and logs each meeting on it. Round robin on Team can optimize for equal distribution over a rolling 28 days or for the booker's availability. Prefilled links pass a team member, appointment type or form answers in the URL on every plan. Professional tracks booking pages with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and LinkedIn tracking, and syncs bookings to Zapier and webhooks.

  • Limits

Every Stripe payment carries a 1% YouCanBookMe commission that can't be waived or refunded. SMS notifications cost extra on every plan. Booking links always end in .youcanbook.me; your own domain works only by embedding the page. Free and Individual pages show YouCanBookMe branding; removing it needs Professional or Team.

7. TidyCal

In short Best for a one-time payment instead of a subscription.

TidyCal sells lifetime plans as a one-time payment, and Pro covers unlimited team members with a custom domain on one account price. It has no native CRM integration or routing forms.

Starting price: $12 a month, checked Oct 17, 2026. Free plan: unlimited bookings, 1 calendar connection.

  • Strengths

The Free plan includes unlimited bookings, unlimited booking types and paid bookings through Stripe and PayPal. One-time pricing: Individual Lifetime for $29 and Agency Lifetime for $79 on AppSumo, with no renewal. Pro costs $12 a month or $99 a year for the account, with unlimited team members, no TidyCal branding and a custom domain. Round robin with 5 host priority levels and collective meetings on Agency Lifetime and Pro. A built-in Calendly importer brings Calendly event types over as TidyCal booking types.

  • Limits

No native CRM integration: HubSpot or Salesforce records need Zapier on a paid plan. No routing forms or CRM owner routing; round robin picks a free host by priority level. Agency Lifetime bought on or after September 1, 2026 is capped at 4 team members including the owner and has no custom domain. Free, Individual Lifetime and Agency Lifetime add a 1% platform fee on Stripe payments, on top of Stripe's own fees.

8. Reclaim.ai

In short Best for booking links on top of auto-scheduled focus time.

Reclaim.ai's booking links can move lower-priority Habits and Smart Meetings when someone books, and round robin can prefer an account owner. CRM updates need webhooks, and round robin needs its Business plan.

Starting price: $12 per seat a month, checked Oct 17, 2026. Free plan: 1 Scheduling Link, 1 user.

  • Strengths

Priority-based Scheduling Links: a Critical (P1) link can offer time held by lower-priority Habits or Smart Meetings and move them when someone books. The free Lite plan includes 1 Scheduling Link plus Focus Time, Habits, Buffer Time and Smart Meetings. Round Robin Links can prefer named organizers, such as an account owner, before falling back to the rest of the pool. Every plan gets up to 3 durations per link, booking pages with Link Groups, email reminders and website or email embeds. Works with both Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar on every plan.

  • Limits

Round robin, branding removal, redirect URLs and webhooks need Business, $15 per seat a month billed yearly or $18 monthly. Starter caps a team at 10 seats and 3 Scheduling Links; Lite allows 1 link and 1 user. Native integrations cover calendars, task tools, Slack, Zoom, Raycast and AI assistants; CRM updates need webhooks. Personalized one-off link URLs expire after 30 days.

9. Google Calendar appointment schedules

In short Best for one free booking page in Google Calendar.

Google Calendar appointment schedules give a personal account one free booking page with embeds, and Workspace Business Standard adds more schedules and Stripe payments. There is no routing, no CRM sync and no branding control.

Starting price: $16.80 per seat a month, checked Oct 17, 2026. Free plan: 1 booking page with a personal Google Account.

  • Strengths

Free with a personal Google Account: 1 booking page built into Google Calendar. Business Standard ($14 per user a month on the annual plan) adds multiple schedules, up to 5 email reminders, multi-calendar availability checks and email verification. Paid appointments through Stripe with card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with no Google platform fee. Inline or pop-up website embeds, with listed support for Google Sites, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix and WordPress.

  • Limits

Team bookings use co-hosts only (up to 20 on Business Standard and up), and co-host availability is not checked by default. Personal accounts and Business Starter get a single booking page; Frontline, Essentials and older Workspace editions get none. Reminder email text cannot be edited. Appointment schedules can only be created on a computer, not in the Calendar apps for Android or iPhone.

How Do You Choose the Right Tool?

  • Can bookings route to the account or CRM owner?
  • Can you remove the vendor's branding and use your own domain?
  • Do bookings create or update records in your CRM?
  • Do you need routing forms and website embeds for inbound demo requests?
